PRESIDENT'S MESSAGE As I'm sure you are all aware, on Thursday, November 6, 2008, Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger called for a Special Legislative Session to address the current state economic crisis. Facing over an $11 billion revenue shortfall, the governor announced his plans to bridge that gap through both revenue increases and major spending reductions which impact state workers. Just a reminder that this is just a proposal at this time.
