PRESIDENT'S MESSAGE
At our April Board of Directors meeting, your CCPOA leadership team presented its organizational goals for 2008 through 2010. They may seem aggressive, but the times dictate an uninhibited presence. Here are our goals for the coming years:1. Restore MOU protection - This goes without saying. We are working every legal angle available to get the best contract for our members without massive givebacks. The state is determined to take us back more than 20 years with respect to our working conditions. We are not interested in buying a ticket on that time machine and will continue to fight for the best for our members-both rank and file and supervisory... CCPOA representatives asked many questions but got very few answers... FULL UPDATE Information for Parole Services Associates6/1/08 - If you are a Parole Services Associate and you hired on or after August 11, 2004 you were automatically enrolled in the Alternative Retirement Program (ARP).
