CCPOA headquarters must be notified by October 12 of any changes to be made on a sample ballot. NOVEMBER Ballots will be mailed on or before November 1 to each chapter member at their address of record in the CCPOA headquarters main database. If you do not receive a ballot by November 10, you should notify CCPOA headquarters so a second ballot can be mailed to you. DECEMBER Ballots must be returned to CCPOA headquarters, postmarked by November 30 to be valid. The Credentials Committee will count ballots on or about December 10, and will notify each involved chapter president as soon as chapter results have been confirmed.
