VISTA: Wanted parolee arrested
Authorities arrested a parolee suspected of assault and indecent exposure Friday, sheriff's deputies said.
A deputy with the Regional Fugitive Task Force arrested Andres Hernandez Camarena, 36, at 5:56 p.m. after a traffic stop in the 600 block of West Vista Way, deputies said.
Sheriff's Department investigators said Camarena was driving in the 400 block of Massachusetts Avenue in Vista on Sunday when he stopped two teenage girls. The investigators said the suspect told the girls that he was lost and asked them for directions while masturbating in his vehicle...
