Hickman Quits. In a move that was long overdue, Corrections Secretary Rod Hickman resigned from his post last week - leaving a trail of failure and disappointment in his wake. While the Administration tried to put a good spin on it - saying that Rod "served tirelessly" - you just can't hide the truth... which is that Hickman will be best remembered for his tireless self-promotion, failed leadership and uncanny ability to blame everyone else for his own and his management team's failures.
