Suspect in parole agent’s shooting has ‘significant’ criminal past
The suspect in the shooting of a parole agent Wednesday has a "significant criminal history," law enforcement officials familiar with the investigation told The Times.
The man has a record that includes weapons offenses, multiple parole violations and narcotics and burglary convictions, the sources said. They say the suspect is a 43-year-old man released from state prison on parole in January 2011. He has been classified as at large since July, sources said...
