Redding man finds parolee in his garage, police say
A Redding man found a Redding parolee burglarizing his garage Monday evening, and officers had to zap the alleged burglar with a stun gun to arrest him, police said.
Just after 6 p.m., officers were called to an interrupted burglary that had taken place on Kerryjen Court, said Cpl. Phil Eoff with the Redding Police Department.
The man who lived at the residence, James Jenkins, 61, found a burglar in his garage when he got home, Eoff said. The alleged burglar, 42-year-old Jason Driskell of Redding, began fighting with Jenkins and some neighbors after Jenkins found him, Eoff said...
