Police canine locates meth that leads to arrest of Manteca parolee
The use of a Manteca Police Department drug dog by the Street Crimes Unit detectives Thursday morning located methamphetamine in a home in the 3300 block of Lathrop Road near where it intersects with London Avenue.
Officers were assisted by a state parole agent when the dog led them to the drugs in a closet of the suspect’s bedroom in the three bedroom residence, according to public information officer Jason Hensley...
