Parolee caught hiding meth under bed
Red Bluff police Sunday evening arrested a parolee after watching him stash methamphetamine under a motel room bed.
Christopher Dee Rhoads, 31, was staying at the Classic Inn on Sunday, where police attempted to talk with him as part of an investigation.
Police said they knocked on Rhoads’ motel room door at about 8:24 p.m., got no answer and started walking away when they saw him run from another room into his. The officers, looking through a window, saw Rhoads hurrying to hide several things under the bed...
