Parolee Barricades Himself, Bicyclist Shot in Separate Incidents
A bicyclist was injured in a drive-by shooting on Edra Street Friday and a parolee barricaded himself in La Blanquita Market, forcing an evacuation Saturday night, The Baldwin Park Police Department reported.
The shooting occurred around 5:20 p.m. near the corner of Edra Avenue and Olive Street. A 24-year-old man was wounded in the arm and the leg, said Lt. David Reynoso.
