Parolee Arrested In Salinas Burglary
A 24-year-old Salinas man was arrested Sunday night after officers responded to a burglary in progress, police said.
Neighbors called Salinas police after they saw a man kick in the door of a home in the 1300 block of Louise Street at 9:23 p.m.
When officers arrived at the scene, police said they found a rear sliding door open and saw a man get out of a ditch in the back of the home and run from the area while carrying a bag...
