Car theft, chase ends in arrest of Fairfield parolee
A Fairfield man, out of prison for just three days, was arrested Monday morning after allegedly forcing three young women out of a parked car in Fairfield and leading authorities on a multi-county chase that ended when he was taken into custody in Sacramento, authorities said.
Jamaal Storms, 27, was arrested by California Highway Patrol officers after the chase, which started with sheriff's deputies in Vacaville and ended more than half an hour later after covering an estimated 30 miles at speeds ranging from 55 to 80 mph, authorities said...
