35-year-old parolee-at-large and 34-year-old girlfriend arrested for possession of drugs
A parolee-at-large and his girlfriend were arrested in the parking lot of the Fallbrook Library on Thursday, August 11 for possession of illegal drugs and stolen property.
At approximately 1:11 p.m., Raul Rios, 35, was driving a 1992 blue Chevrolet Camaro with two passengers – his girlfriend, Adriana Garcia, 34, and a 23-year old Hispanic woman - when he was recognized as a parolee-at-large by Sheriff's Deputy Mark Cahill. After Cahill stopped the vehicle and proceeded to take Rios into custody, he called for a Sheriff's canine team to respond to the scene for assistance...
