One Warden has refused (with confirmation by CDC Labor Relations?) to allow The Green Wire to be distributed to the staff "because it has the PacoVilla logo and web address printed on it." What are these people so afraid of? Unfortunately we all know the answer to that question - the truth! So if you should experience a form of this censorship, please let us know and we will see to it that you get more copies of this Newsletter with even bigger PacoVilla logos on it...

At this point you should count on the 5% that the contract amendment allows for. Could it be higher-yes it could be.
