Your CCPOA leadership team held a telephone town-hall on Wednesday, March 4th, which provided an opportunity for CCPOA members to ask questions directly of CCPOA President Mike Jimenez, Executive Vice President Chuck Alexander and the various CCPOA department heads and outside attorneys. Questions pertaining to the furloughs, overtime and possible layoffs were all asked and answered. Members were urged to please contact CCPOA headquarters in order to provide staff with the necessary information we need to prepare for a number of lawsuits arising out of the implementation of the furlough programs.
