April 2012
April 3 – During a random cell search an inmate resisted staff. Staff used physical force to stop the inmate’s actions.
August 2010
August 29 – Officers in Ad Seg responded to a “man down” call. When staff arrived at the double occupied cell they found one inmate bleeding from a laceration on his nose and the other inmate had a laceration on his hand. No force was used in this incident.
August 28 – Officer’s heard two inmates arguing and activated their alarm as staff observed an inmate bleeding from his head. The inmates were placed in handcuffs and escorted to medical for treatment.
August 27 – Two inmates battered another inmate in the Dining Hall 2. Staff used two grenades to quell the incident. The inmates were treated for their injuries and remanded to Ad Seg.
July 2010
July 11 – Two inmates jumped an officer at the back dock. The officer was sent to an outside hospital for stitches to close the wound.
May 2010
May 22 – As officer was escorting an inmate, the inmate head-butted the officer. The officer was transported to an outside hospital, treated and released.
January 2010
January 28 – A battery occurred between two inmates on a yard, necessitating the use of pepper spray to stop the combatants. Both inmates sustained lacerations requiring sutures.
December 2009
December 8 – As officers were walking on the Facility III Yard, an inmate committed battery on an officer as he walked past him striking the officer in the shoulder. The officer ordered the inmate to stop to which he complied. The inmate was placed in handcuffs and remanded to Ad Seg.
October 2009
October 11 - After returning two Ad Seg inmates to their cell, the officer began to remove the handcuffs from one of the inmates. The inmate attempted to pull the officer's arm through the tray slot with the handcuff still secured on one of the inmate's wrist. With the assistance of another officer, they maintained control of the inmate's arm until the handcuff was removed. The officer sustained lacerations and bruising to the hand. The officer was treated and remained on duty.
October 9 - An inmate was discovered with injuries consistent with having been battered with a slashing type weapon. The inmate was escorted to the clinic for evaluation. The yard was recalled and all inmates were returned to their housing units. The inmate was subsequently transported via ambulance to an outside hospital for treatment.
January 2008
January 7 - An officer was assaulted by an inmate who used his shoulder to knock the officer to the floor. The officer was conducting a clothed body search of the inmate. The officer sustained minor injuries.
