Supervisory - Enhanced BenefitsDPA Personnel Management Liaisons (PML) Retirement Formula Change for Supervisors and Managers in Positions Affiliated with Bargaining Unit 6 PML2006011 - 3% @ 50 for S06 & M06 Education Pay:$100 Longevity Pay: Effective July 1, 2003 17 years 1% 18 years 2% 19 years 3% 20 years 4% 21 years 5% 22,23,24 years 6% 25 years 8% Physical Fitness:$130: Revised for 2002. No physical fitness test; only doctor's verification of physical fitness is needed. Defined Contribution Plan (POFFII): The contribution shall be 2 percent of each eligible union member's base pay. Bilingual/Sign Language Pay:$100 Night Shift Differential and Weekend Differential: 6 P.M to 6 A.M: Shall recieve a 50 cent per hour shift differential. Employees who work four or more hours of a scheduled shift on either Saturday or Sunday, shall receive a 65 cent an hour pay differential for their scheduled weekend work. Watch Preference by Seniority/Retention of 7K: Newly promoted supervisors will retain the 7k pay and receive a 5 percent promotional step. Supervisory Pay Scale (as of July 1, 2004): Sergeant: $5,884(Top step) Lieutenant: $6,612(top step) Pay scales Include Physical Fitness pay but do not represent any other incentives. This will be updated as the pay letters are posted. With the governor's signature on 1999's AB 743, supervisors are receiving the same percentage of pay increases as rank and file officers.
