Donovan/Rock Mountain (RJD)June 25 - A third strike inmate slashed an officer with a modified disposable razor before being subdued by other officers. The officer had cuts to his chin and neck. The officer was treated at an outside hospital and released. The attack prompted a lockdown of the facility so investigators could search cell to cell to determine whether it was an isolated incident. April 13 - An inmate threw an unknown liquid substance on an Officer. The inmate was placed in ASU. |
