CCPOA & PEACEKeeper Magazine Presents: California Pens :: California Medical Facility (CMF)March 13 - An inmate in the medical guarding unit at Queen of the Valley hospital removed all his IV's, battered correctional staff, bit a nurse and exposed blood to all in the immediate area. The inmate was forcibly medicated and the Napa Police Department was called and responded. January 16 - During an in cell medical assessment, an inmate punched a staff doctor in the groin. Responding staff used physical force to restrain the inmate who was place in Administrative Segregation. |
