Arriving at a residence with the intent to arrest a wanted parolee, Citrus Heights Police ended up arresting him and a woman who arrived at the scene driving a stolen vehicle.

Timothy Boone, 30, and Kristine Rounseville, 23, were both taken into custody sometime after 8:30 a.m. Saturday morning on the 6100 block of the Peoria Drive residence, according to Citrus Heights police records.

While arresting Boone on a no-bail warrant, officers observed Rounseville drive up to the residence and park the stolen vehicle…
